Five minutes' walk from National Stadium BTS and about fifteen from Siam — a genuinely good location. Three floors, with reception in the basement coffee shop and the rooms, including male-only dorms, on the 2nd and 3rd. Each floor has its own bathroom and showers, with individual lockers and air conditioning in them, and the whole place is well kept and clean. The gay guest ratio is extremely high; guests cruise between the 2nd and 3rd floors, and those who catch each other's eye head to the showers together or back to a bed.
